What does Norv Turner have on the San Diego Chargers Owner

So can someone explain to me why Norv Turner still has a job.  He has made this San Diego Chargers team the definition of under achieving. (Taking the crown from the Dallas Cowboys)  It makes zero sense.  Are they keeping them because of pride because he doesn't want to admit firing Marty Schottenheimer was a dumb ass, rash mistake.  How long are they going to waste having one of the few Elite QB's in the league by having the under performing Norv Turner as your coach.  Let's go to my favorite part, THE NUMBERS

Norv Turner is a career below .500 coach.  107-112
He took a 14-2 San Diego Chargers team and went 11-5 his first year and 49-31 in his years with the Chargers.  He went 8-8 this last year.
Marty took a 5-11 team and went 47-33 and 14-2 his last year, where he was fired.  Does any of this make any sense to any of you.

Oh I'm sorry, they brought Norv in to help with playoff success.  Yeah that has worked well.
Norv has gone 3-3 in the post season
Marty 2-2
Yeah big difference.  It is obvious, Marty took a terrible team and got it moving on its way up, Norv took a great team and has it moving on its way down.
So once again I ask, What does Norv Turner have on the San Diego Chargers owner?!?!?!?!?!?!?
